Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
